Prepare project schedule and plans
Assign overall & daily targets.
Make sure the Quality objectives are being followed.
For the achievement of Total Quality, make sure that a constant and consistent follow up
is carried out.
Control the expenses on consumption of man-hours/consumables and with reference to
budget.
Arrangement and reshuffling of resources to get the same utilized at optimum level.
Discuss & help construct jigs & fixtures.
Ensure that Health Safety Environment requirement are being fulfilled.
Coordination among the departments for the solution of day-to-day production related
problems/issues and remove the bottle necks.
Resolve Technical issues.
Prepare Standard work practices.
Manage all jobs from start till to dispatch/finish.
