Reviewing & Commenting on the schedule as submitted by contractor by using the Software P6 (Primavera).
Gather the data & information & plot the Cumulative Curves by EXCEL.
Plot the S-Curves for Structural, Architectural & MEP to show the accumulated works completion.
Prepare the Weekly progress report to Show the productivity of different works in progress.
Prepare & record the weekly man-hours & machinery consumed per week.
Updating of Baseline schedule to analyze the contractor schedule of works completion.
Prepare the S-Curves by using the EXCEL to show the Planned VS Actual Progress & generate the Forecast completion dates.
Monitoring the contractor procurement schedule as per activity schedule.
Monitoring the contractor actual progress against the target progress.
Prepare the look ahead schedules to monitor the future activities.

Implement quality control procedure for procured material on delivery to sites.
Plans and directs activities concerned with development, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes & materials.
Hand over the specified materials to site and return the rejected materials to the Supplier with non conformity report.
Monitor subcontractor work to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and codes when applicable.
Conduct internal/external quality control audits. Define corrective measures for problem areas and insure implementation.
Attend periodic meetings with site personnel, consultants, and client representatives.

Select the appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project
Present schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts and procedures diagrams.
Using specialist planning computer software, such as Microsoft Project & P3.
Liaising with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Tendering/Pre-Qualification of Sub Contractors for the different types of building projects.
