KEY EXPERIENCE:
HS&E role model within the operational team during all operational, maintenance and pipeline activities. Ensure all work programmes are executed safely, and that all major risks have been identified and mitigation is scheduled and communicated with the execution teams. Work as company representative with teams of specialist service contractors and/or integrated service contractor.
Coach and guide operation team through a continual improvement process focusing on Operational Excellence and performance through HS&E.
Process Operations tasks for the Process & Utilities
Interpretation of data, Maintain process plant records
Prepare production wells for testing & complete well test reports,
Lab duty analysis procedures: (BS&W, OIW, Corrosion Monitoring,
Gas Analysis, Glycol Purity Checks, Gas dew point & H2S monitoring
Chemical Injection & Storage Management,
Storage of Stabilised Crude Oil & Offloading Operations
Pigging Operations & Meter Proving, Front Line Maintenance
Operate (Tornado, Ruston, & Avon) dual fuel turbines,
Conversant with Fisher Rosemount DCS, and Honeywell TDC
Experience in Wellheads & Well Integrity Testing
Seawater De-aeration Processes & Water Injection Systems including produced water re-injection processes.
