- Working with M/s Technical Laboratory as Quality/GeoTechnical Manager, Dubai (from July 2007 to till date)
- Worked with M/s Technical Laboratory as Geotechnical Engineer, Dubai (from March 2005 to July 2007)
- Worked with M/s Consulting Engineering Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. – Nehru Place, New Delhi, India, as Assistant Engineer (Highways) (2002 to 2005 in Designing)



EXPERIENCE ABSTRACT

7.5 years of professional experience in the field of highway designs and various Geotechnical related works as per IS, BS, and ASTM Standards. Experiences include preparation of geotechnical reports, design of pavement composition at the Feasibility stage and have exposure towards Quality Management System.

Geotechnical Experience:

1. Description of Soil and Rocks & preparation of Borehole Logs.
2. Calculation of Bearing Capacity based on shear and settlement criteria’s, Pile capacity & Settlements etc.
3. Writing Geotechnical Reports as per BS – 5930, IS: 1892-1979, with recommendations on the type of foundations from villa’s to multistoried towers up to 50-60 stories, Electric Substations, Petrol pumps, Mosque, Pipelines, Roads etc.
4. Recommending various ground improvements techniques i.e Dewatering, Cobble treatment, Backfilling, Vibrofloatation, Stone columns, Geosynthetics etc.
5. Posting on site for the earthworks, ground improvements, mobilazation of rigs and other testing equipments.
6. Coordination with clients.
7. Maintenance and development of Procedures and specifications.
8. Plan and organize functional trainings within the department.

A) M. Tech. Engineering (Civil) A Master’s Degree of two years duration (Specialization in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engg.) From Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. 2002; First Division: CGPA.7.92/10.

Thesis: An assessment of engineering behavior of expansive soils and comparative study of various foundation techniques.

B) B. Tech. (Civil) A Bachelor’s Degree of four years duration from the Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh 2000; First Division with distinction: CPI 8.717/10.

Project: Soil investigation and designing of Six Storeyed Commercial building.
