project engineer with 11 years experince in oil and gas field

A challenging career opportunity in Mechanical Piping and construction, where my technical, analytical leadership skills and previous work experience would be employed and further enhanced.

More than 11 years of professional experience in Gas and Oil field such as LNG plant ,GOSP plants, Refineries, Fertilizer factories, water treatment and Pipelines All this period work in Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Mechanical construction Project experience includes Supervision of all Piping and construction activities in several position and responsibilities such as Piping Engineer (Site), Piping Engineer (Fabrication Shop), Hydro test Coordinator
Fluent with ASME 31.3 and ARAMCO specification.

Section Engineer Piping for Site
Site mobilization equipments, tools and manpower and review of construction drawings and specification as per contract.
Monitoring site activities and site supervisors.
Take corrective action as per site memos, information and NCRS received if any.
Resolve contractor raised queries in conjunction with technical support group.
Raise and close out engineering queries as applicable.
Carry out inspections, site surveys and dimensional check to ensure piping installations are as design drawing and specification and comply with project specification.
Assist in the resolution of the interface problems with other contractors.
Ensure safety and security of all construction activities and workers under control

Section Engineer Piping for Fabrication Shop
Prepares the welding Maps & choose the most suitable points for Field weld joints.
Survey the quantity which will be fabricated in the Fabrication shop.
Spools fabrication according to the last revision drawing.
Daily update reports of total spool fabricated and total inch diameter.
Follow up spool numbering and spools handling to the site according to priorities.

Hydro Test Coordinator
Follow up of each test package punch item and insure the smooth flow of package between various departments.
Preparation and generate the all Hydro Test Packages as well as System lay-up.
Expeditions the Test Packs of priority systems as per the site constructor and client.
Controlling the Punch items at all level.
Traceability of field materials / Shop for priorities fabrication and erection productivity.
Tracking for spool release for NDT and RT shoots.
Arranging and scheduling Hydro Test meeting.
Preparation of daily Test Punch report and coordinate with higher management and client.
