Project Engineering (Plant Reliability Engineer) and Projects Coordination (Plant Project/Turnaround Coordinator) to support high quality engineering for base operation (Tengiz Gas Process Plant, Tengiz and Korolev Fields Operation):
Main responsibility was to provide technical engineering support i.e. projects development and execution which includes front end engineering, preliminary estimation, scheduling, and execution planning. The projects included equipment upgrade such as heat exchangers, separators, distillation columns, waste heat boilers, reactors, etc from the design and material point of view.

Directly administers the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance, based on Advanced Reliability Technologies http://www.artrcm.com/) process overall for TCO (Tengizchevroil) and facilitates a minimum of six RCM Projects per year. Administration and facilitation include working with Facility Owners, Subject Matter Experts, key Operation and Maintenance personnel and the Maintenance Optimization Group in organizing and holding the associated working sessions i.e. selecting people from multiple different TCO (Tengizchevroil) groups as Core Team members, RCM core team training, defining operational objective and key functions, conducting RCM interviews, performing Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), criticality review and task selection.
