As the Section head of the Field Engineering / Production Section of Bintulu cluster Operations, composed of 21 platforms and remote jackets, producing oil @35mstb/d net
- The field engineering section provides technical support and real time advice to site operations crew in troubleshooting problems in instrumentations, process control systems, production optimization, rotating equipment and other facilities.
- New development projects coordination and providing technical input ensuring that design meets (from FEED and detailed engineering phases), the end-user requirement in operability and maintainability of facilities
- Supervise project execution, commissioning, start-ups and handover from projects to operations ensuring safe implementation of project while not interrupting ongoing production.
Key Results: During this period, the Bintulu cluster operations, consistently ranked within the first quartile under the SGS (Shell Global Solutions) survey compared to similar operations worldwide, in terms of facilities uptime, resource effectiveness, unit production cost and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment)
