Structural Work:

Deck Extension work (Cellar Deck & Main Deck)
Piping supports
Knock Out Drum & its attachments
Hand railings, Walk way and Grating works.

Piping Work:

Piping Hook-ups as per dwg. Elevation
(Gas Line, Riser Line, Drain water Line, Gas Flare Line)

Water injection lines
Gas Vessel piping works

 Having knowledge of WIN-PCS & Navisworks (3D model)
 Updation of Isometric drawings in CDMS (Document management Software)
 Proficient in working with various drawings (ISO, P & ID, GAD. Etc)
 Arrangement and presentation of Safety and Productivity tool box talks.
 Co-ordinates with Field Engineering Team to prepare as-built drawings and piping test loops.
 Co-ordinates with site team and QA/QC team to work on and clear Corrective Action Sheets, Technical Assurance Alert and NCR.
 Coordinates with equipment vendor for piping installation.
 Verify that all the types of works carried out as per the approved procedure and plans.
 Leading a team of Junior Engineers to identify Pipe joints, spools ,supports, etc
 Ensure implementation of HSSE policies and plans within the area of their jurisdiction.
 Participate in HSSE activities when required by the site manager or HSSE manager.
 Inspection of fabricated piping spools and to release for further works.
 Preparation of Line History sheets for pipe weld joints.
 Inspection of Pipe Supports.
 Working experience in application of Codes, standards and specifications.
