October’09 up to Hitherto : HESS Indonesia Pangkah Limited,Assigned as QA/QC Inspector CPP And AUP Top Sides and Jacket Both structural and piping Inspection .
June 2008 up to October’09 : HESS Indonesia Pangkah Limited,Assigned as Welding inspector on WHP-B Pangkah development,Both structural and piping.
January up to june 2008 : VME Process Pte Ltd assigned as welding inspector on Prosafe Niggalo FPSO Modules both the structural and piping.
July 2007 to December 2007 : OSM ship Management assigned as Client inspector on Supply ship Project major duties such as Witness Hull Inspection and Piping Inspection.
Jan. up to February 2007: Ahead dynamic Ltd supplied to Hyundai and assignment as Inspector on Sisi Nubi project East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Sept. up to December 2006: PT Germanischer Lloyd Nusantara and
Assigned as Third party Inspector for South Sumatra west java pipeline project phase 2 such as : As Inspector on 32ӯ offshore pipeline 163 kilometer at sunda strait installed by Hyundai heavy industry HD-60 Derrick lay Barge
The job activity as follows :
1.To Monitor (Pre fabrication)
Receiving material as per mill sheet,Cutting Material as per cutting sheet and cutting plant
2.To Review (Prefabrication)
all approved document related the project concern include :Structural and piping, review Approved WPS and Approved welder certificate .
3.To Witness
A.Fabrication process
WPS and Mechanical test,Welder qualification test,Welder rejection rate training as per exceed 5% repair weld,Cutting inspection,Dimensional inspection before welding ,Fit up inspection,Visual inspection, NDTactivities include UT activities,Review RT Film,And MT/PT , Dimensional after welding inspection, release note from fabrication to erection area.
B.Erection process.
Dimensional before welding inspection, Fit up inspection,Visual inspection, NDTactivities include UT activities,Review RT, Film,And MT/PT inspection, Dimensional after welding,Final Dimensional generally.
4.To Joint inspection
Company and contractor for the punch list and ship loose members.
5.To review
Welding trace ability,MDR or dossier
