Duties & Responsibilities:
„« Welding procedure qualification as per DNV -OS-F101 & ONGC Specification
„« Welder qualification as per DNV, BS EN 287 & ONGC Specification
„« Execute the work as per QAP /ITP & co-ordination with client
„« Maintain the calibration status of instruments and equipments.
„« Inspection of CWC pipe with respect to release note.
„« Reviewing of material test certificate Respective codes & Standard.
„« Witness the Chemical & mechanical Testing
„« Fit -up And weld-visual inspection
„« Interpretation of Radiographic Flim
„« Field - joint coating inspection
„« Peel test for cold wrap Coating as per client requirement
„« In fill Polyurethane foam inspection
„« Making PU samples and measure the Dry density as per the client requirement
„« Making dimensional and weld map for Riser and sub sea Tie in.
„« Preparation of the documentation for fit -up ,weld visual,field joint coating ,peel test, foam filling ,NDT, pipe book and Completion certificate
