• Coordination with financing banks (transactions acceptance (including hedge authorization):terms of financing; applicable rates ; following up the fulfillment of all credit issues
• Following up in/out payments (cash flow)
• Responsibility for keeping daily MTM position of each deal and calculating daily MTM PnL for monthly volumes
• MTM Position on daily basis for company accounts with financing banks (revealing margin available; company risks; total financing costs)
• Assistance to CFO in PNL calculation for each transaction (cash in/out PnL; hedge PnL; all financing costs; freight (if any)/ demurrage expenses; broker/inspection/agent/superintendant costs; insurance)
• Cooperation with financing banks for all financial issues related to the deals
• Coordination of the financial performance of sales and purchase agreements
• Responsibility for performance of financial security on purchase side (Preparation/Opening of letters of credit: Documentary, STBY, Transferable, Name Landing)
• Responsibility for following up the financial security on sales side (checking LsC, controlling timely receipt of LsC/PCO/PU)
• Invoicing
• Payments proceeding
• Collection of information revealing financial background of the company (company equity information; balance sheets).

• Preparation of import / export contracts (DDU; CPT; FOB; CIF, DES )
• Cooperation with buyers on all operational issues
