Impose safe working condition at construction sites. Conduct HSE Audits, inspect and frequently monitor health safety aspects on construction works being undertaken. Promote Health and Safety Standards to prevent and minimize harm to workers, properties, equipment, environment and general public as well. Incorporates safety practices in routine orders particularly new employees and trainees including contractors and subcontractors learn to take safety precautions. Facilitate and Initiate Toolbox meetings and HSE induction training at site. Conduct incident/ accident investigations, gather facts and relevant information analyze and interpret different hazards and make controls. Preparing and submitting a summary report to the site HSE supervisor in a detailed and specified form. Inspection and update status of fire safety equipment at site and satellite offices, and including TPI certificate for cranes, forklift, man lift and etc.
