Field Material Control Officer
Major Responsibilities :
Liaises with Contracted Logistics - AL SHARIF Maritime Shipping Co. with regards to delivery shipments.
Liaises with Customs Officials for shipments unloading to site.
Coordinating site lay down for incoming shipments under specific Sub contractors – consortium Jurong Eng’ng. Ltd.(JEL Civil, M/E - Leader) & PT Truba Jaya Eng’ng.(JTE), TOA Corp.
Witness material receiving, checking and inspection.
Oversees material/cargo handling according to Safety, Workmanship, Quality , Progress.
Coordinating to suppliers/vendors and other faculties pertaining to damages, discrepancies , others.
Liaises with the Buyer/GIIC2 Representative.
Support to Admin/Finance Dept. for invoicing of material received.
Data encoding of relevant applicable changes found in the deliveries based on Master & Detailed Packing List.

Complete facility management to include cleanliness and efficiency of operations.
Maintenance of correct and updated records of receipts and distribution of products and materials.
Maintain all warehouse equipment and materials in good order.
Constant communication with Discipline Supervisor and Project Managers regarding current inventory and product/equipment availability.
Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing delivery/shipment.
Control existing stock and prepare inventory of all assets to be submitted to the Project Manager.
Conduct regular inventory of all materials/supplies on board.
Obtain, review, implement and sign off on those responsibilities pertaining to warehouse practices as outlined by the client system.
