s experience in QAQC/Welding inspection&NDT inspections for various materials such a Having with 22 years CS, LTCS, SS, DSS, MONEL, INCONEL& Dissimilar materials, etc.,
&RT •Fully knowledge with interpreting the PQRs, WPSs, ITPs Project specifications film interpretation in Refineries, Petro chemical projects, Pressure Vessels& storage tanks, Offshore platforms, Cross-country pipelines and Oil& Gas projects.
•Implementation/verification of ISO quality management system.
•Preparation& conducting the project welding prcedures qualifications, welding procedure specifications, ITPs, NDT procedures& PWHT procedures.
co•Material inspection for incoming materials & Review of material certificates to check mpliance to project specifications
•Control and witnessing for the NDT tests.
•Witness & review the Mechanical destructive tests.
Eductation
DIPLOMA IN ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING THREE YEARS COMPLETED IN 1985.
