• Mechanical site Engineer in Shotmed engineering company from 28/10/2007 until today.
First project: Erections cement factory line-2 for (MISR-BENI SUEF CEMENT COMPANY).
Scope of my work in site:-
1- Preassembly and erection two crusher hoppers (steel plate only).
2- Finalize mechanical part for circular mixing bed (central column, stacker and bridge reclamier).
3- Preassembly and erection raw mill belt conveyor (st.st. and equipment.
4- Erection raw mill condition tower building.
5- Raw mill homogenous silo building (mixing bin, air slides, aeration systems, bag filters and steel structure in building).
6- Preassembly steel plate in preheater tower (cyclones and calciener).
7- Pan conveyor from cooler to clinker silo (steel structure and equipment).
Current project: erection fayoum plant extension factory for (EL NASR CO. FOR INTERMEDIATE CHEMILCALS).
