Master, deck officer offshore

Dear Sirs,
I would like to introduce myself as Master/Captain experienced with PCC, Ro-Ro and Container vessels. But I am even ready to start new career in OFFSHORE fleet if any Officer (deck, safety, 2nd Mate) position available.
After termination of Marin Academy in St Petersburg (Russia) in 1998 I was employed by one owner only Abou Merhi Lines (http://www.aboumerhilines.com) under Osterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management (http://www.oelsm.com) and I made my career there starting from 3rd Officer.
Nowadays due to world wide crisis situation my salary significantly reduced by Abou Merhi Lines. And that is the main reason of my try to find the job in other reputable company.
As you can see in attached application form my specialization was mostly on Container vessels and Pure Car Carriers: m/v "City of Lutece" (18238 DWT) travelling in North Europe, is chartered by EMC "Euro Marin Carriers" (http://www.nissancarrier.co.jp/en/index.html) placed in Amsterdam. And she is on very tough line with compressed by time schedule. Sometimes I had 3 ports of loading and discharging per day. M/v " Sea Wave" (27421 DWT) is on ocean passages mostly USA and West African ports.
So I am ready to work in different circumstances with different nationalities of crew. On all vessels usually I was only Russian person on board among full Arabic crew. Sometimes among mixed Polish, Montenegro and Bulgarian crew-members.
I can freely communicate on English, Russian and Polish languages. As well French and Arabic partly known to me.
I have excellent computer knowledge PC and Mac OS.
All valid STCW certificates (including HUET and FRB) required for working on merchant vessels and Malta endorsement of Master Unlimited license are in my possession. All scanned copies can be sent separately.
