- Planning & implementation of preventive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance and follow the records
- Spares Management & Inventory control of engineering spares
- Planning and implementation of the day to day activities
- Receiving, inspecting & testing of spares and consumables critical for production, utility and maintenance
- Maintaining all records as per ISO 9001:2000/14000/18000
- To support Safe & efficient working of Steam Boilers, Water treatment Plant, Fire hydrant system, RO water plant, Air compressor, Air Drier, cooling towers,
- Maintenance and servicing of rotary equipment’s mechanical seals (pump Balanced and unbalanced types).
- Install and maintenance of rotary equipment and parts
- Maintenance of Centrifuge, HVAC, Drier, Blender, multi mill in final product area.
- Maintenance and servicing of hydraulic equipment
- Safety maintenance of pressure vessels, lifting equipment, storage tanks, pipes & ducts and installation.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

- Involved in erection and commissioning of Reactors ( GLR,SSR,MSR,LLR), Centrifuges ( BDC,TDC ),Drier and Blender.
- Involved in erection work of IBU PROFEN plant for US FDA audit at SHASUN Pondicherry unit in the year of 2000.
- Involved in erection work of RANITIDIEN plant for US FDA audit at SHASUN Cuddalore unit in the year of 2002
- Involved in erection work of GABAPENTIEN plant for US FDA audit at SHASUN Cuddalore unit in the year of 2006 to 2007.
- Involved in erection and commissioning activity of METHANOL plant ( 700 MTPD ) and CO plant at chemanol, jubail (KSA ) in the year of 2008 to 2009
- Involved in erection and commissioning activity of MA-DMF plant at chemanol , jubail (KSA) in the year of 2009 - 2010
