Successfully lead a team of operations professionals accountable for all aspects of inbound customer service including Infrastructure & technical support, problem identification and resolution.
Design, Plan and effectively migrate Operating Systems, as per the standards of the Organization.
LAN & WAN administration; trouble shooting and problem solving; backup and recovery.
