Drilling Fluid Area Engineer

I am graduated from Ein shams university , Cairo , Egypt with a degree in Chemistry , I have worked for several oil/Gas service copmanies in Egypt , Saudi Arabia , Abu Dhabi , Algeria , Turkimenstan. I’m familiar with computer and understand well about oil/gas activity , I have been working on off-shore and on-shore rigs for +/- 12 years and the rest of my experience as Drilling fluid area engineer follow up for ten rigs workover and re-entry wells ,Short radius wells.
I had faced all kind of problems related to drilling operations like, Complete loss of return, well control (killed wells by Volumetric Method- Driller's method), Stuck Pipe(Mechanical & Differential), Hole instability , H2 S Gas and milling job and that gave me a self confidence and good choice of first action required, also drilled horizontal and highly deviated wells with some partial lost circulation.

Job Duties
1- Follow up the operation for ten Rigs with Sonatrach Company In Hassi massoud –Algeria .
2- Order the chemical required for our rig operation.
3- Supervise , monitor and evaluate the performance for 20 Mud eng and three Sen. Eng
4- Prepare mud programme and end of well recape and submitted to the Customer
5- Daily meeting with customer.
6- Preiodical Rig visit to ensure the providing good service quality to our customer.
7- Present M-I new technology mud system to our client.
8- Study for problem during drilling to avoid it in future.
9- Preparation for new tenders.
10- drilled wells with HPHT / deep water wells.
11- Applied standard completion fluid and clean up procedure to minimize Formation damage.
12- Ensuring the company safety and environmental standards and policies are maintained by providing support, advice, inspection, on-site supervision.
13- Auditing activities & work place in accordance with the safety Standard.
