I have had over 8 years of experience in Document Control with major Oil & Gas industries. A credible relationship had been established with management, clients and vendors.

„« Maintain the document control system for the project ensuring all document control procedures are adhered to by project participants.
„« Providing support in the implementation of a document control and records management program; maintaining computerized Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and electronic and hard copy files of various document types and data.
„« Registering, monitoring and tracking documentation submission and proactively highlighting upcoming deadlines.
„« Process all incoming and outgoing project documentation and correspondence through the document control system.
„« Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of the document control procedures and processes according to the project objectives.
