Asst. Manager (Account Receivable/Payable)
• SAP Administration and Configuration
• Oversee the affairs of the Cash Office
 Report to the Chief Accountant and Supervising Two (2}
 Occasionally visiting Bank to confirm lodgments
 Posting incoming payments
 Analysis of Daily and Monthly Collection or Incoming payment from customers
 Posting of Outgoing payment to suppliers and Imprest accounts
 Handling ATM (Inters witch Machine} for POS payment

Information Technology Officer
 Reporting to the Computer manager and supervising users of the accounting System
 Ensure that maintenance, upgrade, installations are completed according to schedule.
 Networking of systems. Install and Configure Active Directory Controller, DNS, DHCP, LAN, VPN, Router, Switch and Network troubleshoot. wireless network
 Training of users.
 Administration and configuration of Peachtree Accounting
 Other duties such as assisting in preparation of final accounts, General ledger, accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll functions, weekly bank position.
 Pension Administration and Insurance
 Involve in Budget and Budgetary control.
