Professional Experience
* Provide maintenance and technical expertise to assist the production units in problem solving.
* Provide input to strategic operational planning.
* Assist the operations in the development of service and healthcare contracts, selection of vendors.
* Provide expert advice to required studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, performance enhancement and improvement.
* Provide maintenance input for new projects, with particular respect to equipment selection, spares analysis, commissioning and PMS build.
* Provide input into the maintainability of design for new projects or equipment and commissioning.
* Act as maintenance technical authority.
* Review manuals, procedures, etc as required.
* Maintain knowledge of current standards, industry development and legislative issues.
* Evaluate supplier and contractor performance.
* Co-ordination of technical and maintenance support teams to maintain maximum production in a safe manner.
* Liaise closely with Production and Marine Superintendents to plan and co-ordinate all technical support services, in order to provide the required level of service to operations.
* Responsible for planning activities in reference to shutdowns, campaign crews, workscope, work-pack development and ad-hoc labour.
