• Responsible for handling all the Payments ( Transfers-Checks-Cash ) for all the Suppliers.
• Issue a reconciliation report to the Financial manager regarding the Supplier Position
• Following up with the Bank & Cash controller the Bank statements to avoid any delay to any Supplier
• Recording all the transfers & Checks on the Accounting system ( Oracle )
• Auditing all the Suppliers invoices with the Purchasing dept. for accuracy
• Responsible for Handling the Petty cash & sending weekly report to Chief Accountant showing all the expenses related to our employers.
• Attending all the stock-taking ( Quarterly ) to supervise & controlling the Stock in the W.H
