TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
Two years Apprenticeship in Mechanical Machinery Technician M/S Engro Polymer & Chemical LTD.
Three (3) Years Fertilizer, and Petrochemical in Erection, Commissioning and maintenance of rotary equipments. In which one year as a field operator.

EDUCATION:
• Matric science from Board of Secondary Education, Karachi 2002
• 03 years Diploma of Associate Engineer. Trade Mechanical from Sindh Board of Technical Education Karachi 2005
• Bachelor of science from Sindh University Jamshoro, Hyderabad 2009

Two years Apprenticeship in Mechanical Machinery Technician M/S Engro Polymer & Chemical LTD.

• Erection of Two Gas Turbine H 25 Hitachi.(25 MW).combine cycle.
• Erection of steam turbine condensing & extract (15 MW)
• Complete overhauling of cooling tower gear boxes.
• Overhauled four liquid ring compressors of various sizes and capacities.
• Overlooked blade pitch angle change job of 9m dia. Cooling tower fans.
• Multistage centrifugal pumps.
• Complete over hauling of Screw Compressor
• Overhauled High speed & High pressure Centrifugal pumps.
• Overhauled Screw pumps.
• Overhauled Dosing pumps.
• Installation of Mechanical Seals. Single & Double Arrangement (Face to Face, Back to Back and Tandem).
• Fitting of different Bearings (tilting pad, sleeve type, spherical roller, taper roller, angular contact ball bearing and other anti friction Bearings).
• Couplings fluid type, , steel grid type, shim pack type, rubber pad and rigid coupling)
• Overhauled & Inspection of Heavy Blowers.
• Crushers & Vibrating Screen.
• Alignment (Rim and Face), straight edge, Reverse.

VIBRATION ANALYSIS:
I have a good working experience in Vibration monitoring and analysis of different rotary equipments such as compressors, blowers, pumps, centrifuges, gas turbine and chillers
Instrument used: CSI 2130 Machinery Health Analyzer, SKF Vibro Pen.
