Project Engineer

I am demobilising from my current contract and am looking forward to new challenges, having just completed a 4 year Project with Foster Wheeler on the $7bn Yansab Petrochemical Complex, Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.

I am an experienced Project Engineer and have undertaken key projects in varying engineering and industrial fields.
I achieved my IMEMME Hons in 1984 and took the opportunity to work overseas, where I gained valuable experience in R&D as part of a team developing machinery for gold mines, followed by a project undertaking cost estimates and specifications for a 26km conveyor system.
Returning to the UK I have worked in the Petrochemical industry where I have had diverse roles from green/brown field developments, automated road /rail tanker loading systems, tank farm design, construction, repairs and refurbishment, VRU installations at 3rd party sires, reactor installations and modifications, port developments including all infrastructure to final commissioning, the building of the two largest spray dryers in the UK and a PMC role for 4 years on the $7bn Yansab Petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia.
