Project currently involve:
• Currently working for Aramco PMC for Rastanura Refinery Expansion Project.

Responsible for the efficient handling of project accounts for all projects in-Kingdom and OOK particularly with SAUDI ARAMCO. Specific duties includes:

• Issuance & raising of project Invoices and monthly billings for Aramco PMC.
• Handling and monitoring of project manhours,
• Tracking of costs and issuance of weekly engineering expenditures to Aramco
• Preparation of monthly WIP and summarize costs for finance dept. & projects purposes
• Preparation of weekly and monthly project statistical reports, evaluation of manhour utilization and raising of prior approvals.

Accompanying responsibilities encompass:
• Issuance of GES close-out documents to Aramco’s PMT for final billing & certification of S/O
• Cross-checking of service orders and commercial proposal costings, monitoring of contracts expiration and constant interface with client's accounting staff.
• Review and checking of weekly timesheets ensuring compliance with specific projects and codes,
• Review and checking of cost & manhours allocation for proposal documents submission.
• Preparation of weekly Aging Receivables report & weekly cash collections for Finance Managers use
• Assist the collections personnel for the outstanding & incoming payments from the clients.
