My experience as a Mechanical Inspector in the oil, gas & petrochemical field has prepared me to handle all mechanical jobs in this field. I will do my best for my company in Quality Control, Inspection Mechanical Equipment.

-Fixed and Rotary equipments, Compressor, Mechanical & Electrical Parts, Instruments, Pipe, Fitting

Activities:
-Mechanical inspection, Test Witness, Dimensional and visual inspection, Packing and Marking inspection, Technical Inspection to ensure that the materials supplied are fully in compliance with the purchase order specification and reference standards and technical data sheet, preparing reports and documents for issuing NCR or Release Note.
-Verification quality assurance plan and checking manufacturer's production line and quality line and quality
-Manufacturers test certificates (mill test certificate) and documentation to be verified and reviewed
-Visual and dimensional check after forging and machining
-Welding procedure specification, welder's qualification and welding shop to be checked
-Witness packing marking and loading EX works and on vessel truck
