Collection & Recovery


• Communicate with CIB branches to accept cash deposits from the gas companies or gas customers and facilitate their transactions.
• Issuing releasing & renewing letters to the customers after they paid the delayed amounts.
• Reply on all customers’ inquires concerning the letters
• Issuing selling restriction letters for new loan and update loan
• Send the letters after signed registered to the traffics' department
• Refused Selling Restriction Letters
• Analyze the cause of refusing (wrong data, traffic department refused the bank letter).
• Get the original documents of those customers from the warehouse and amend the data of the customers on the system to issue another letters with the correct data.
• Sending past due cases to the collection company for collection or to take legal action against specific customers.


Retail Risk Management

• Coordinating with all direct reports (Collection& Recovery, Account Fulfillment Unit, Fraud & Investigation, Credit Policy, and Strategic Analytics) to manage the flow of information; ensures that all documents are submitted within deadlines.

• Coordinating with IT department to provide the current staff and new hires of all IT requirements as PCs, Cisco, & create email for new hire).

• Getting the updates of the monthly reports (End of Month. Turn around time, productivity, Budget, current headcounts, Credit letter, Credit analytics pack, &Fraud MIS).

• Preparing and sending the reports concerning staff to Human Resources Department on a monthly basis (current headcounts, monthly vacation, annual vacation, transfers, contract renewals, smart objectives & appraisals).

• Following up with the financial department to ensure the disbursement of the bills of the agreed companies ( IACC Company, CIL Company and I. score Company) on time.

• Fixing interviews and Following up the hiring process in the departments of the retail risk management according to the approved headcounts.


• Preparing follow up list for every direct report and discussing the list during the weekly meeting to get the updates.



• Translating all official letters, Articles, Audit reports, Customers' complains, & product programs into English.
