Professional Experience
Experience in design and implement corporate development initiatives in line with organizational priorities. Responsible for leadership development and support the development and implementation of development plans and programs for this group. Help Top management identify development needs, departmental and corporate levels. Advise management on development issues and support on training plan. Help top management identifies career change, development and mobility process and to plan with them how this change might be achieved. Develop and implement organizational development initiatives which will enable the business to achieve its goals and operate in a way which is consistent with its values. Work in projects Worldwide to build the OD capability both in HR and in country. Monitor and evaluate the HR Budget. Provide recommendations for enhancing the value of organizational and Employee development.
Experience also in human resources and administration activities including managing all human resources functions and ensuring efficient HR management system. Experience also included providing recruiting services to oil & gas and industrial sectors and also multi-national clients. This includes screening resumes, interviewing candidates, preparing interview assessment reports, communicating with clients, following up consultants' mobilization, preparing their budgets, in addition to coordinating with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow. Experience includes preparing weekly, monthly and yearly reports on the ongoing status of work, in addition to assisting company MD in preparation of tenders and proposals. Experience also includes preparing department procedures, job descriptions and department objectives. Experience covers managing department staff, problem solving, continuous staff performance evaluation and preparing employees yearly assessment reports.
