Employed specifically for office and site based responsibilities to work on various medium to large scale projects, which includes complete project planning, control and monitoring, site supervision and liaison with clients and other project personnel.
KEY PROJECTS EXECUTED:
SABIC Plant, Saudi Iron and Steel Company (Hadeed), Shutdown (February, 2010):
Managed and oversaw all the site activities pertaining to Mechanical works and cleaning of Clarifiers, Coolers, Scrubbers, Pump Stations, Basins and Water Treatment Systems in Saudi Iron and Steel Company (Hadeed), Dr Plant, Module C.
SAUDI ARAMCO, Ras Tanura Refinery Shut Down (December, 2009):
Provided prompt supervision and technical oversight during the shutdown for the mechanical maintenance of Heat Exchangers (60) and Fin Fan Coolers (15) in RT Refinery Plant # 15 which involved complete repair works, bundle pulling, tube replacement, re-tubing, hydro-jet cleaning and hydro-testing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Ensure procedural adherence. To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, identify bottlenecks and provide effective solutions.
•Understand contractual scope of work so that extra work can be identified for onward intimation to Field Engineering and Document Control (FEDC).
•Ascertain timely delivery of materials in order to ensure execution of project according to plans.
•Ensure work front availability by concentrating and ensuring availability of work support elements like Method Statements & Work Instructions approved QA/QC documents and HSE requirements.
•To prepare Level 4 Plan and perform resource leveling analysis using Primavera Project Planner (P3)
•Ensure effective project monitoring & control for in time execution of activities at site.
•Ensure that manpower of relevant craft, skill, and number is available.
•To establish milestones and sequence for specific work disciplines to support project schedule.
•Site visits of various plants for scope identification of job and planning and execution strategy.
•Costing, estimation & bid preparation for projects.
•To prepare Vendors Evaluation Manuals and Pre-Qualification documents for Clients.
