My Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the company complies with the HSE Policy. Address all measures needed to be employed to protect the health and safety of all people in the work place for related matters.
• Ensure that Organization adheres to the specification and as well as all statutory requirements.
• Development, implementation and co-ordination of the Safety as well as Environment program for Project.
• Perform risk assessment and develop a Job hazard Analysis (JHA) in conjunction with management and the project engineers.
• Ensure implementation of all site safety and environment procedures on site and relevant documentation.
• Responsible for the function of 1-Safety Superintendent, 5 Sr. Safety officers, 37 safety Officers, 2 Scaffolding Inspectors and 24 safety watchers and maximum Man Power handled 4500 Nos.
• Review the method statement for the work along with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and approval & Suggestion if any.
• As required advice as solutions and recommendations that may be necessary to correct or improve any work procedures and methods.
• Investigating, reporting on all accidents/Incidents reported by Safety Officers/Site Personnel to management/Client.
• Evaluate risk/hazards, followed by the implementation of hazard controls to reduce the risk and protect the workers and monitoring.
• Constantly liaise with the project management for accident prevention and environment protection.
• Set a personal example.
