Manage the drilling and work over operations including overall responsibility for planning, HSE, contract management and leading a team of engineers and rig personnel. Key responsibilities include:
a) Supervise the drilling & completion operations of ERD wells & promote safely.
b) Preparing analysis & studies of daily drilling parameters for well optimization purposes.
c) Review of past operations & prepare lesions learnt.

a) Calculation for casing Design and Selection of Casing shoe depth.
b) Onsite Supervision during drilling.

d) Preparation of casing tally and calculation for cement density.
