Depending on the project time, the role includes the following:
•using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases;
•devising and maintaining office systems;
•booking rooms for the guest (client);
•using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
•arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
•Checking the incoming invoice (before get signature from Manager);
•looking after budgets (make the cash flow);
•liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts;
•ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
•using shorthand and audio tapes or copy typing to produce letters;
•Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
•Responsible for the hiring process - recruitment, selection and screening of permanent, contract and temporary employee
•Arranging sign agreement for the new employees.
Responsible for training and development
•Organize local recruitment activities to meet hiring requirement
•Human Resources, which entailed screening and hiring new employees for the company.

•Provide value added services in employee relations, performance appraisals, daily employee issues and concerns
•Enroll and terminate all employees from benefits packages as needed. Design employee orientation packages and prepare confidential materials for grievance and other personnel-related issues.
• Manage monthly payroll for all office and warehouse employees throughout several terminals.
• Count the overtime, meal & transport for the employees every month
• Download the data from the finger print every week
• Mediation between employees and supervisors on a daily basis. Ensure overall employee satisfaction by providing a comfortable but confidential HR relationship.
• Entering customer information into a computerized database
• Effectively handled customer inquiries for the information center
