• Hired on for SAP Implementation and Materials Management expertise, and to catalog capital project materials into our INFOR EAM Data Stream software.
• Site lead for SAP R/3 Implementation involving MM/PM activities, to include Master Data, and MRP.

• Hired on at start up of project to assist in Logistics as a Buyer and MRP Supervisor by providing experience with SAP to Implement procedures, and functionality by bringing immediate and practical protocol to the project that was constantly growing.
• Impacted the purchasing department immediately, by effectively reducing amount of purchase requisitions in the system, creating RFQ’s, performing bid evaluations, to reduce strain on the Contract Administrators and Senior Buyers who were primarily focusing on contracts.
• Managed 19,000 SKUs and all MRP, and logistics, to include usage forecasting with end users in all departments (Administration, Construction, Drilling, IT, Maintenance, Operations, Production).
• Assisted in developing warehouse layout of equipment and materials to include, hazardous storage area.
• Identified, organized, and depleted 70% of the remaining capital construction material that was not utilized during the initial camp and plant construction.
• Directly worked with Facilities Manager, Drilling/Production Managers/Engineers for sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and issuing of special projects, and liaison with both departments for Logistical support.
• Solely set up MRP within SAP without a specialized support implementation team within 6 months time.
