Professional Experience
Vibration Analyst in charge of the dynamical condition monitoring of pumps and turbines, compressors, engines, gearboxes, others. To establish predictive maintenance plans for the vendor rotating equipments, to analyze the obtained results and determinate upgrades and recommended repairing plans, in order to assure the operational continuity of the equipments and allow to take positive decisions and reduce the involved costs of the maintenances. To ensure the reliability and the availability of all the rotating equipments under the maintenance contract using predictive maintenance. Engineer in charge of making inspections and analysis during the repairing and maintenance process of rotating equipments (Turbines (Ruston TA-1750, Solar), horizontal and vertical multistage injection pumps). Material reception inspections, nondestructive inspections (Under ASNT and API acceptances criteria), dimensional inspection, failure analysis and other activities related with the maintenance and repairing process. To establish changes and develop projects inside the Engineering Department. To create technical specifications and procedures for all the rotating equipments repairing process. Participate in the implementation of the new administrative-inventory management system on the company, this project included several hours of training, development of procedures, technical data, flowcharts and 7 testing pilots before the go live" of the project.
