•Receive RFP from the client through fax/Email
•Prepare big Tenders (Technical as well commercial).
•Deliver Tenders before the dead line.
•Prepare prequalification questionnaire from the client.
•Attend pre bid as well post bid meetings.
•Preparation of Work Execution Plan(during Tendering Stage)
•Give response to client’s clarifications.
•Receive Letter of Award from the client.
•Allocate Project number for the awarded project.
•Congregation of the details related to the projects.
•Furnish project details to the concerned Engineering/Operation department.
•Apply for LOA for both personnel and vehicles from the client.
•Request for security passes.
•Assist commercial Manager as well project engineers.
•During project execution co-ordinate with engineers regarding work in progress.
