1. PLAN FUNCTION
Become completely familiar with all Design Documents, Work Procedure, Standards and Technical
Specifications relevant to the section ongoing activities.
Follow up the design documents issued for construction. Make the Manager aware of deficiencies detected.
Immediately review the design documents once receives.
Notify the Manager of any difficulties anticipated or any impractical details that may endanger fluent production.

2. ALLOCATE RESOURCES
Assist the Manager in estimating the manpower requirements of the Unit and in designing its organizational structure.
Arrange the Section manpower within the organizational structure provided by the Manager.
Know the Supervisor and Foreman so well that can assign everyone to the position that best suit him.
Assist the Manager in making Job Description to the Section Personnel.
Continually review Section’s use of manpower and make or recommend changes when necessary.
Participate in the selection of Section manpower according to the Manager instruction.

3. ESTABLISH METHODS and SET OBJECTIVES
Supervise the Section production activities in accordance with design documents, short term schedule, cost estimates and quality requirements.
Supervise the effective and efficient use of manpower, materials, machinery and equipment in Section activities.
Maintain within the Unit a spirit of friendly cooperation with client field representatives.
