Work Experience:

-Network Field Maintenance S.Supervisor Engineer in Vodafone Egypt (present job).
My Duties are:
-Supervisory on sub region area (West Cairo) handling all trouble tickets affecting on the network (radio and transmission TT) leading a team from 5 engineers/2 technicians.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports containing breakdown sheet per engineer, MTTR (mean time to restore) per engineer and evaluate the performance of each daily.
-Follow up our planed activity.
-Follow up our NFM activity.
-Follow up and handling our escalated problem to other departments.
-Follow up our network complains from our customer coming from out CTS team.
-Handling our pending tasks.
-Making and updating our working plan throw my team.
-Manage my team tasks and their vacations/on call plans.
-Supervisory on our top congested cells in our area.
-Manage our cutover cycles and plans with our Switch/Tx team.
-Supporting my team for troubleshooting our sites problem.
-Team building meeting monthly.
-Monthly Staff meeting.
-Coaching mail for each team member monthly.
-Follow up our spare equipments' availability at our store and faulty reports.
-Follow up our permissions access license renewing for Telecomm. Egypt, TV and Metro stations with access team.
-Half year/Annual appraisal for each member and making their final evaluation.
