Responsible for the availability and reliability of all stationary & rotary equipments in cement mill section & packing section (FLS Auto Packers, Atlas copco compressors 2 bar ,7 bar, 20 bar, Roots blowers, centrifugal pumps ,Fuller Kinyon pumps,ESP's,Air seperators,Truck Loading equipments , Flender Gear Boxes,Bucket Elevators,Maintenance of soda ash effluent filteration equipments viz.High compressed thickner,High rate thickners,Larox Finland make high pressure(16 bar) filters for effluent filteration through effective preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
„« Receipt, investigation and analysis of complaints for malfunctioning of equipment and system through root cause analysis (RCA).
„« Supervision and guidance to the sub-professional workers in maintenance activities and field investigation.
„« Review of SWP¡¦s, JSA¡¦s, CSE & PPE¡¦s with checklist before job commencement to ensure safety at workspace.

Availing the inspection & rebuilding of job work at cement sites .
„« Confirming the material release to the site for services.
„« Inspecting job work after every set up or process change.
„« Technical feedback as per as assisting to all field people.
„« Process control and data analysis through the use of SQC.
„« Assisting in implementing & maintaining ISO-9001:2000 Quality Management Systems.
