- As an emergency control room operator at an emergency
Center of a military air base
-Handling all emergency calls through hot lines or radio
-Coordinating between the fire crew and the medical team.
-Providing back up to the fire crew in case of emergency.
-Participating in fire drills and emergency communications drills
-Security CCTV monitoring
-Entering all the shift events in the electronic log book

- As a fire control room operator of the emergency center at the Qatar petroleum oil refinery.
-Monitoring 4 panels of DCS system (distributed control system)
Which are connected to different kinds of detector

-Operating different kinds fire protection systems and the fire water pumps from the DCS in case of an emergency
-Handling all kinds of emergency calls through hot lines
Or through the top priority lines or by radios
-Receiving emergency calls, dispatching the fire crew and the medical team to the reported scene
By using the site public address and the alerting the safety section and the security gate by radio
-Coordinating between the crew and other departments in case of emergencies.
-Provide different kinds of back ups to the fire crew in case of emergencies
-Participating in major emergency drills with other neighboring companies
-Entering the shift events in the electronic log book
-issuing work requests for fire equipments through the SAP system
-Approving the boxing up permits for fire and gas systems related equipments through RIS system.

Skills:
Very good in operating different types of radio base stations and hand held radios
Very good in operating the (DCS) distributed control system for fire and gas detection.
Very good in operating CCTV
Very good in handling emergency calls by hot lines or by radio.
Fluency in English language
Fluency in Arabic (Mother tongue)
Advanced computer skills
