1. IPCL – Baroda (Project Executor)
DCS (TDC-3000) system of NCP (Naphtha Cracker Plant) was Expanded and upgraded.

1.1 APM (Advance Process Manager) converted to HPM (High Performance Manager).

1.2 HM (History Module) Upgraded.

1.3 ESVT (Experion Server TPS) Node provided to have the benefits of the window base utility. With the help of ESVT node OPC connectivity given to IT network.
Expand: - New HPM controllers configured and installed in the system.

2. Release Upgrade activity at ESSAR – Steel, Hazira & IPCL – Dahej.

3. IOCL – Gujarat Refinery: - (TDC300)
Engineering application implementation as well as graphic configuration done for the MSQU (Motor Spirit Quality Up gradation) project.

4. RIL – JERP Project – Jamnagar.

4.1 Work as a team leader for the erection and commissioning of world’s largest Fire & Gas and CCTV system.
4.2 F&G System of JERP supplied by M/s. Honeywell. This system consists of almost 12000 I/Os, 4 redundant EPKS servers, 15 workstations, 210 Cabinets (System + Network + Marshalling), 33 no. Safety Manager PLC, 33 Fire Alarm Panel, Plant Historian Server, IMAC (Information Management and Control) Server, Network Management Software Server (Primary + Secondary), Experion Backup and Restore Server. Above on these all, the latest field devices like DGC,DGT,DGX,DSX,DSO,DSM,DHF,DHC,DGCO,DHE etc. F&G system has 226 Km Fiber Optic Network to connect all the PIBs (Plant Interface Building) with Central Control Building.

Site Acceptance Test performed for F&G system.

4.3 CCTV system consists of 96 cameras (Pelco Make), 55 Km Fiber Optic Network, 2 Database server, 8 workstations, 10 camera server, 13.2 TB server also.
4.4 Preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures for F&G and CCTV system.

4.5 SAP codification of tools and tackles which is used for the F&G and CCTV system.
