technician • Working as Shift In charge and monitor the plant production and Dispatch Tank and product certification.
• To update the Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS)
• Assures to perform and maintain the analysis according to the requirements of ISO quality systems by using ASTM and IP and USEPA Standard Test Methods.
• Maintains the Testing Equipment in reliable condition by using Statistical Process Techniques.
• Gas chromatography of Refinery gases & GC PONA analysis.
• Analysis of different products of Refinery specially routine testing of Reformer Unit that includes sampling at high pressure.
• Environmental Monitoring and Analysis of different plant effluents and final refinery effluents as per the USEPA certified test methods viz. Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Oil & Grease, Lead in Air, Flue Gas Analysis, Phenol, TSS, TDS, Ozone etc.
• Can perform Water testing of Drinking water and Industrial Waste Water. Tests that can perform (pH. Chloride. Sulfide. Iron as (Fe). Calcium Hardness. Magnesium Hardness. Total Hardness. Total Dissolve Solids. Total Suspended Solids. M Alkalinity. P Alkalinity.
• Calibration & Maintenance of different equipments (CFR Engine, Zeltex RON analyzer, AF-7 Moisture analyzer, GC equipment, Hydrogen Generator etc.
• Prepare reports for analysis of different laboratory results.
