More than 14 years of experiences with cost analysis, pre-bid engineering, proposals and detailed design engineering, project management of various types.
Recent Experience has been in the Proposal Engineering functions of ensuring engineering execution in accordance with proposal requirements, company procedures and act as a focal point for co-ordination of project engineering activities with client and fabricator.

Responsibilities
•Ensure that the required reviews of proposal documentation (including execution strategies, technical information and estimates) take place.
•Ensure that agreement and consistency of input is achieved and be responsible for co-ordination of proposal activities to the Company.
•Performing variance cost analysis, reviewing contract documents.
•Conducted kick off meetings with head of departments, project team and clients.
•Preparation of deliverable list, and split scope of work for internal departments.
•Compilation of tender documents as per client’s request.
•Prepare proposal report and status of bids to top management.
•Attending technical and commercial meetings as company representative.
•Working with the estimating group in producing the methodology to be used for man-hour estimates and any other estimates required for the proposal.
•Liaison with all responsible parties in Oil and Gas regarding nominations and any other information required for proposals.
•Maintaining Oil and Gas experience and technical information for use in proposals and winning business.
