Mr. Namatati has 6 years experience in Construction, Tendering, Site Management, Production and Cost Engineering.

He was Project Engineer and J.V. Quantity Surveyor for Stirling – Rodio Joint Venture in the “Owen Falls Dam Remedial works, Contract OFE-56”. He was responsible for monitoring and analysing vibrations on the dam. He was also responsible for preparing the J.V. monthly statements and payment certificates.

Mr. Namatati was also involved in the preparation of tender proposals, evaluation of tenders of Sub-contractors, monitoring fuel consumption at the Head Office, Main Administrative center, workshops and upcountry construction sites for Stirling International Civil Engineering, He was also assigned as Civil Engineer for Estimation in Contract tendering and quantity assessment on ongoing projects.

Mr. Namatati worked for Salini constructori s.p.a as Quantity Surveyor for the ‘Stirling-Spencon Joint Venture’ for the construction of the Kampala Northern By pass. The road project costs UGx. 116 billion financed by the European Union.
