8.1 ADGAS LNG Plant, Das Island Abu Dhabi:
Mechanical Supervisor, (June 2004 – Present) Performance and Reliability Department: PIRR Project, Plant Integrity Reliability and Recertification Project. Improving integrity of Train 1 & 2 Piping Project: Critical piping replacement plan for shut down 2005. Assist to Det Norske Veritas (DNV) to Review/verify the integrity condition and remaining live of independent equipment. Issue assessment study report.

Engineering Department: for Piping and Mechanical Structural. Steam System Management Project, SSMP. Provide Tie-in Point for OAG Projec, Offshore Assosiated Gas Project; Provide Independent Gas Connection from Common Crossover to Defrost Gas Section.

8.2 PT. CHANDRA ASRI, Olefin plant – Cilegon:
Senior Mechanical Engineer: Review design engineering, analyze plant/ equipment availability, evaluate the problem to the equipment down time, Feasibility study for plant modification to improve plant performance include HAZOPS/ HAZID preparation. Project planning and evaluation for any modification to improve plant performance. Bid preparation, Prepare bill of Quantity, specification and material ordering. Selecting vendor for maintenance/ TAM work. Furnace restoration for Naphta cracker.

8.3 LURGI, Lentjes Bischoff GmbH, Public work:
Construction Engineer: Review design drawing, shop fabrication, steel work erection, scrubber and platform. Equipment installation and pre-commissioning for 2x610 MW coal fired plant.

8.4 PT. GT Petrochem, Ethylene refinery plant – Cilegon:
Mechanical Engineer: Plant maintenance and modification for existing line-1 Ethylene Oxide 80 000 TPA.
Construction and commissioning for Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycol refinery line-2 expansion project 120 000 ton per annum capacity for: static and rotating equipment.

8.5 PT. Persero Brantas Abipraya, General Contractor:
Major Job: Cost estimating and marketing, project negotiation contract clarification, budgetary planning, project control for Hydro Electric Power Project and Plant expansion. Erection work for Gas Insulated Switch Gear (GIS). Transformer installation 2x50 MVA and 2x60 MVA, panel relay control and protection of NISSIN Electric and FUJI Electric. Heavy duty equipment maintenance/ recondition management, equipment plan production control, maintenance cost control, Availability/ Utility equipment evaluation.
