Senior HRM, Administration and Operations professional with over twenty two years of national and international experience. Major areas of expertise include HRM and Personnel Procedures, Administrative Operations, USAID/UN operating procedures and Civilian-Military relations. Apart from these, throughout the career my hands on experience have mostly encompassed the core practices of HR matters and I am very keen to dedicate my all endeavors in establishing me as a competent and successful HR professional. It is also worth mentioning that I voluntarily retired from the Bangladesh Army as a ‘Major’ after serving in various important commands, operational, coordination and instructional capacities at different levels of the organization.

I have a masters in Business Administration with concentration in Finance in addition other courses of business package like HRM, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Business, Business Communication etc.

I have a long Diploma in Human Resources Management securing 1st position in the merit list and has been certified as D.H.R.M. (Diploma in Human Resources Management).

• Ability to lead a team: I have received formal training on Team Building which has helped me to lead, train and run teams successfully in my career with the Bangladesh Army, USAID Project in Iraq, Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Singer Bangladesh Limited.

• Excellent communication skills: I can clearly communicate with other people. I have gathered good communication skills while working in the Bangladesh Army which was further polished through my jobs with the multinational organizations, dealing and communicating with people from different country and culture.

• Good planning and organizing capability: All these years of service experience have blessed me with good planning and organizing capability and helped me to prove my capability as a team leader in all my workplaces. I have planned and organized different professional and socio cultural events and programs throughout my worthy career with multinational and national organizations.

• Multi-cultural exposure: I had the opportunity to work with people from different countries in multi-cultural atmosphere both at overseas and local assignments like UN Peacekeeping Forces HQ in East Timor, USAID Project in Iraq, Singer Bangladesh Limited etc.

• Ability to work within the team: I believe in team sprit. In all my workplaces I have worked either as team player or leader. In both situations I have successfully achieved the goals / targets of the team and have been assessed as one of the best performers.
