Responsibilities include:
• Entering payments, receipts and non cash vouchers in the field Accounting System and preparing summaries of invoices as required , and maintaining a file system for the vouchers
• Responsible for issuing checks, bank transfer and daily financial transactions .
• Following up applicable of EU Procedures .
• Preparing all financial statements ( financial status & Bank status & Bank Reconciliation) .
• Analysing of Financial Informations .
• Revising PAMU payments .
• Preparing Accounting monthly repors .

- Assistance of the PMU on all accounting process of the NCSCB Project as well as other related projects of the New Valley and Gabal Elba
- Ensuring contracts and payments are according to the projects approved annual work plans and meet policies and regulation of UNDP in base of ATLAS system.
- Ensuring cost effective implementation of projects and registering all accounting transactions in files and in computerized system.
- Analyzing and reconciling the expenditure accounts of the UNDP and project annual work plans
- Participation in the preparation of project reports, work plans and familiar documents.
- Preparation of necessary financial reports required to EIECP, UNDP and EEAA
