a brief description of what my supervisory/superintendant and inspection roles that I have experience of and do:-
I supervise contractors / subcontractors in all insulation disciplines.
I review specifications,Review technical proposals, Attend site meetings to ensure safety/cost/and company infrastructure meet the clients requirements. Carry out audits to ensure all work can be carried out safely and to programme – check equipment for good operational function/ safety. Review work scope to ensure that the work is given to the correct person which is capable of carrying it out. Review I.T.P and safety policy’s including method statements and risk assessments.Ensure that all personnel are fully aware of the clients expectations in all aspects of work. On site I ensure that the work that is to be carried out is ready prior to mobilizing. I will review the proposed bid packages for technical / safety.I ensure that all personnel work safely and efficiently and therefore complete the work scope within the required time and to the project budget.Attend all planning / progress and safety meetings that may affect the work scope.Review any changes in the work scope be it additional work or items that are no longer part of the scope.Carry out work reviews to ensure that the company have the resources to meet the clients schedule and safety expectations on a daily basis.Ensure that all discipline engineers are aware of work that they do does not have any knock on effect’s this may have on their disciplines.Review the programme on an ongoing basis to ensure that we are not only working to programme but to ensure that they are aware of any items that may effect them before they can cause them problems/ delays. Ensure that all cost/safety and quality documentation is completed in accordance with the project requirements
