Manager of energy projects / Project engineer / Planning engineer

My desire is to give myself all, for energy projects and improve my experience, to get huge practice and future became good team player and be part of the contributing factor of company business success and long term growth.

For the moment I’m full time PhD student in Lithuania energy institute, before I was employed by Dalkia, company group of Veolia as project engineer (after 2007 became Project manager).

In 2005 I had successful opportunity to improve my theoretical knowledge in world leading company witch have "know-how". In Veolia I've start to work as project engineer, at 2007 I became a Project manager (PM for implementation of 15 MWth Flue gas condenser (FGC) project in CHP-II, investments for FGC: 9 mln. €).

My key responsibilities: Detailed plan preparation for project implementation (IEA, design condition from municipalities, procurement procedures, licenses- permits, contract conditions, risk analysis, work area preparation, detail design, contracts, civil works, erection MEA, documentation, cold and hot test, trail run, performance, acceptance, authorities); Technology research; Budget quotation; Business plan preparation; Technical evaluation; Risk analysis; Reporting to managers (Head of project division team, Project director Christian Philippe); Contract preparation, negotiations; Implementation, supervision and control of engineering project (in the office and on the site); Organization of work for the project management group; Organization of preparation of documents for the project within a work group, including terms of reference for provision of services, provision of goods and execution of construction works; Organization of the contracting work, supervision of execution of agreements; Project completion ;

Total investment to the projects: over 75 mln. €

Education:
My University Bachelor and Master of Power Engineering degree (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics, Department of Thermal and Nuclear Energy WEB: http://en.ktu.lt/content/department/thermal-and-nuclear-energy) - qualification of Industrial Heat Engineering, Thermal Power engineering had gave me a lot of the knowledge in a lot of areas.
