Quality Engineer and or Inspector

- Understanding Of Electrical and Instrumentation Inspection and standard code (ex: API, ISO, etc)
- Understanding of review the related instrumentation drawing including P&ID (Piping & Instrument Diagram)
- Understanding of review the related Selection Material as Required, Fabrication Support, Install Support,
- Understanding of review the related Install Tubing Tray, Install Tubing and Instrument Air Sub Header, Install Hook-Up Instrument, Calibration and Function Test Instrument, Testing Tubing, Hook up Valve Actuator, Instrument Mechanical Completion, testing & certification
- Understanding of ESD system, PSV & SDV system, alarm & shutdown system management and other plant safety equipment system.
- Understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation Drawing
- Understanding of O & G documentation and specification review, Mechanical Completion procedure and commissioning i.e ITP, ITR, Punch list and Dossier.
- Documentation on Test Procedures, BOM, Schematic Drawing Familiar about Electronic Drawing/Schematic, Electronic Equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Frequency Generator, etc)

- Cost Buster, Statistical Process Control (SPC), PDCA Cycle, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Failure Analysis (FA), Gauge Repeatability and Re-productivity (GR&R), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Innovation Quality Circle (IQC), Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT), Corrosion Test, Heat Shock Test, MSL, etc
